Property Description

Our fully renovated apartment is located in Villamagna, a small village in the Florentine hills, 12 km from the center of Florence.
The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, and a panoramic terrace.
In just 10 minutes, you can reach the southern part of Florence, the highway, and public transportation to get around the city or to Tuscany's most interesting places to visit.

The space
The "Piero" apartment was converted from an old barn, preserving the typical features of the building and the area while incorporating modern solutions and carefully crafted furnishings with attention to detail.
The apartment is located on our farm: we produce vegetables, fruit, wine, oil, legumes, and processed products, which guests can purchase upon request. For those who would like to try their hand at some hands-on activities, we can organize on-site experiences related to planting, harvesting, cooking, and processing our produce.

Guest Access
The apartment is spread over two floors:
on the ground floor is the living room/kitchen with a table for 6 and a double sofa bed.
On the first floor is the double bedroom with countryside views and a full bathroom with shower.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, including children under 3, who are free of charge as extra guests.
The living room/kitchen leads to a splendid panoramic terrace equipped with a large gazebo, table, and chairs. Here, you can relax, eat, and enjoy picturesque aperitifs while watching the sunset.
The other half of the terrace houses a second apartment, the Giulio apartment, which can be rented simultaneously, accommodating up to 8 people from the same family, friends, etc.

. The property also features a swimming pool (open from early June to late September), a barbecue, and a pizza oven, which guests can use.

Other things to keep in mind:
The pool will be open from the beginning of June to the end of September, is shared with the owners, and is completely fenced.
