We love the island for its scenic beauty, wide range of activities available and great music festivals giving us the opportunity to experience world class performers, especially between June and July annually. There is a wide selection of restaurants and eateries available throughout the island to suit all tastes and price ranges. We have countryside and sea close at hand.

Accommodation Description
Two bedroom , raised ground floor apartment, shower room, second toilet, spacious kitchen, lounge dining room and patio to rear. Sleeps up to six, child cot available, no smoking, well behaved pets welcome.
Bed 1
Queen sized bed with orthopaedic mattress, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side tables, lamps and ceiling fan.
Bed 2
Twin single beds with semi orthopaedic mattresses, double wardrobe, dressing table with drawers, bedside tables and lamps, ceiling fan.
Shower room.
Large walk in shower ( suitable for disabled) WC, washbasin and room heater.
Second Toilet
WC, washbasin and washing machine, heated towel rail and drying rack.
Kitchen
Large and fully equipped, with fridge freezer, micro wave, dishwasher, gas hob and oven, toaster, food processor etc This room lead onto enclosed service shaft, with reverse osmosis unit, water filtering system and water heater.
Ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, cleaning materials, ceiling fan.
Living Room/Dining
Dining table and four chairs, two reclining arm chairs, double sofa bed, tv, dvd player, radio , cd and tape deck player, wifi connection and ceiling fan, dvd's also cd's and books and games.
Patio
Large table, four chairs complete with cushions, sun loungers, three burner gas BBQ unit, retractable clothes line and plants.
Amenities and Facilities
All rooms have mosquito nets fitted to windows.
Child cot and bedding available. Also pram , pushchair.
Car rental available on request.
Airport/ferry transfers available on request to and from apartment.
Welcome pack if requested.
Reverse osmosis drinking water supply – no need to buy bottled water.( waste water from this is pumped to roof and used to flush toilets)
Filtered water throughout apartment.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Apartment cleaned prior to new arrivals, once a week for stays of more than one week by arrangement, together with linen change.
All linen, towels and beach towels provided.
About the area
Sannat is a small village about 2 km's from the capital of Gozo – Victoria-, with its fortified citadel la and numerous places of interest , shops, restaurant. Close to the coastal village of Xlendi, 2 ½ kms from apartment, via the village of Munxar,with its protected bay and tourist attractions – boat trips. Accessible by bus ( from bottom of the road or by car). In Sannat there are two small supermarkets, and a butcher, vegetable lorries come round the streets . There are several local bars and clubs. Sannat Festa is held during the week of 20th July. From the flat easy access is available to the Ta Cenc plateau where one can find archaeological remains, walks and the sheerwaters on the cliffs.
Mgarr ix Xini , about 2 kms away a beautiful rocky cove with pebble beach and restaurant, accessible by foot or car. Safe swimming and great cliff walks including the Knight's Tower on the headland.
Popular beaches on Gozo include : the red sands of Ramla Bay, on the north of the island accessed by car or bus via Victoria, Hondoq, on the south east of the island overlooking Comino Island, with cliff walks and boat trips to the island of Comino and the Blue Lagoon may be arranged.
Special Interest Holidays
Guided walks around the island may be arranged, cycling , historical and cultural visits including Temple Sites, Churches, museums, the Cittadella, Azure Window and the Inland Sea.
The annual Victoria International Arts Festival held during June and July is a must for those with a love of music.
Carnival is held in February and village festas take place throughout the year with bands, processions and fireworks. Good Friday is a special time with processions in many villages throughout the island and Christmas has its own attractions.
