Situated on the hills of a 100-hectare estate with sweeping views of the entire Arno Valley and Florence. This panoramic and strategic location offers a peaceful and private getaway for those wishing to experience Tuscan life, explore the region of Tuscany, and the wonders of Florence. Nestled in a forest with a fenced garden and private pool, the home has five bedrooms. One bedroom is a living area. A spacious living room offers a lovely gathering spot, with sunlight filtering through the large arched doorway overlooking the view. WiFi and digital TV are available. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a living room, two double bedrooms (which cannot be converted into twins), and a full bathroom with a tub and shower. The kitchen is also on this level, fully equipped with everything you need. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, including two ensuite bathrooms.

NOTE: The house is now also rented to small groups at a reduced rate.

Two double bedrooms are on the lower level, plus a full bathroom, kitchen, living room, and entry hall. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with either a twin or double bed, a full bathroom, a bedroom with two double beds, and a private bathroom.

Other things to keep in mind:
Electricity is payable on consumption. This is mandatory from May to October. A reading will be provided upon arrival and check-out. Final cleaning fee of €150, tourist tax of €2.50 per person for the first four nights (children under 14 are exempt). Refundable security deposit of €500 to be paid upon arrival.
