Having been built in the 18th century gives a notable historical value to this building which dominates a luxuriant valley, surrounded by lots of greenery, olive groves and fruit trees, in that corner of Eden which responds to the name of the "Calze" National Park..

 

The Balze

We are talking about a morphological peculiarity of the territory, represented by original vertical walls of clayey origin, a characteristic and unique trait of this piece of Tuscany.

Similar to actual canyons, they are the result of the drainage of a Pliocene lake that covered the entire area millions of years ago. The lake extended from what are now the Chianti mountains to those of Pratomagno. The receding waters gave life to these steep coves that time and atmospheric agents have shaped and sculpted. These natural structures are located practically behind the villa and can be reached and visited with a few minutes' walk.

Structure

After having introduced you to the naturist context, we come to the villa and its interiors. Arranged with the aim of offering all the necessary comforts to a wide audience, ranging from families to nature-loving groups, they have been tastefully furnished and house furniture, works and valuables.

If the interiors steal the eyes, the large outdoor garden captures the soul: you will love spending time here, between the two eco-sustainable wooden pools, the attractive hydro-massage tub and the furnishings designed to enhance the atmosphere. In addition to the garden, the property also offers a volleyball court and a five-a-side football pitch for children's recreational activities. Nearby, we also find a fully equipped barbecue and a large table where you can spend convivial moments accompanied by good food.
